Charan’s Toofan audio release on August 20

It's confirmed. The audio launch of Ram Charan - Priyanka Chopra starrer, Thoofan is set to take place in Hyderabad on August 20. Director Apoorva Lakhia himself confirmed the news on twitter posting, "Music release for #thoofan planned in Hyd for the 20th of August, New look, New promos and Telugu songs to be revealed... See u there."

The filmmaker is reportedly miffed with the rumors surrounding the Mumbai Ke Hero song and issued a clarification posting, "Rumour that DSP has composed Mumbai Ke Hero in telugu or is part of #thoofan is UNtrue, its my boy Chiru Bhatt all the way...."

Thoofan is the Telugu version of Zanjeer, the remake of Amitabh Bachchan's 1973 cult classic with the same name. It will mark the Bollywood debut of Ram Charan. The film is scheduled to release in September.
